Return Policy

Kairi does not offer a refund or return policy.

All our pieces are made by hand upon receiving the order. 

Exchange Policy

We have a conditional exchange policy. 

Requests for exchange are subject to the following conditions:

• Defective Product 
• Product is unused
• Labels and Tags are intact and returned
• Returned Product is received by us within seven (7) days from the delivery date

Requests for exchange for the following reasons will not be accepted:

• Customer ordered the wrong product
• Customer does not like the product after delivery

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed.

Kairi reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, including but not restricted to product being out of stock and prior returns.
